Island roles

Hello, at the moment i was thinking of possibly to add 3 different roles in the islands:
Admin (actual role)
Builder ( added user can only build but not destroy)
Farmer (can farm the land , water and harvest)
In order to be more competitive in islands these roles cam help to grow and work united in islands.

As builders a user can destroy only what what they have build being that it can be placed a block not in the right place
